Non-Refundable Scenarios:

We do not accept refund requests or product exchanges in the following situations:

  • Requests for refunds without valid reasons.
  • Change of mind after the purchase.
  • Purchase of an "incorrect" product while a "correct" product was obtained from another company.
  • Requests for a refund due to technical issues without prior contact with our support team for assistance and a detailed description of the problem.
  • Refund requests based on a lack of understanding of our product features, functionality, or compatibility, or due to misunderstandings.
  • Requests for refunds beyond the specified refund period.

Refund Eligibility:

We do accept refund requests in the following scenarios:

  • Purchase of the wrong product, followed by the purchase of the correct product within the refund period. We may grant a refund for the incorrect product. Please note that if the two products are unrelated, we may not approve the refund.
  • Accidental double payments for the same product. We can refund the duplicate purchase.
  • Encountering severe technical issues that our technical support team cannot resolve within the refund period.

Refund Period:

The refund period for subscription plans is 5 days, while one-time purchase plans have a 30-day refund period.
